Brothers Ben (vocals/ samples) and Josh Johnstone (guitar/ vocals) are the core members of Bordello. Their live performance is energetic to the point of being manic. They write the songs, produce the unique sounds and samples are the creative force behind Bordello.
after touring the country non stop from 2005 - 2007, Ben, Josh and Bordello's band members took a well earned break to work on other projects and write songs for a new album. This album is currently in production and will be released in mid 2008, so watch this space as things unfold.
Bordello's 9 year career has seen them support such prestigious acts as: Shihad, Filter, Magic Dirt, Sonic Animation, Killing Heidi, Suicidal Tendancies, John Butler Trio, Eskimo Joe and play in front of thousands at the Big Day out. Their music and film clips have been played everywhere from Triple J, Nova, Triple M, Rage and Channel V
Bordello's debut album "21st Century Funk" and their follow up E.P. "Lie in My Bed" are both available through MGM distribution.
